Quantamu is a financial analysis platform providing stock data, valuation tools, screeners, and Shariah compliance information for companies listed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE). All data is sourced from DSE public filings and third-party financial data providers.

The content provided on Quantamu is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should not make any investment decision based solely on information provided by Quantamu.

• Paid subscriptions (Pro, Advanced) are billed on a recurring basis as selected at checkout.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform without written permission.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantamu and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to investment losses, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
