Refund Policy

3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Quantamu subscription, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your initial payment. No questions asked.

1. Eligibility

Refund requests are eligible if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within 3 calendar days of the original subscription payment date.
  • The refund is requested for the first payment of a new subscription (not renewals).
  • You contact us at info@quantamu.com with your registered email and order details.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@quantamu.com within 3 days of your payment with:

  • Your registered email address.
  • The date of your payment.
  • A brief reason for your request (optional but appreciated).

We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. The refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The 3-day window has passed since the original payment date.
  • The request is for a subscription renewal (monthly or annual recurring charges).
  • The account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • A refund for the same subscription has already been processed previously.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Free Tier

The free tier of Quantamu requires no payment and is therefore not subject to this refund policy.
